The Bond County State's Attorney's Office is responsible for prosecuting all Traffic Code violations within Bond County. You may begin the negotiation process with the State's Attorney's office for an Order of Supervision by completing the following applications.
What is an Order of Supervision?
An Order of Supervision is a disposition authorized by the Illinois Code of Corrections which is available for a vvariety of offenses including most Traffic Code violations. It is available for offenders who are not likely to commit further crimes and in situations in which it is in the best interest of the defendant and the public that the defendant not receive a record of a conviction. The obvious benefit to the offender is that there is no conviction entered.
